I help women entrepreneurs boldly step into the most confident, powerful version of themselves so they can create the business—and life—they dream of.
What if your imposter syndrome was not there to stop you, but to show you where you need to deepen your skills? To step further into your power? What if your imposter syndrome was an invitation?
If you’re an entrepreneur, the level of your business success and personal satisfaction are contingent on your willingness to become confident, from the inside out.
Entrepreneurs are always stretching to the next level, doing things we never have before. It’s part of what makes us feel alive. It’s how we express our creativity and launch new ideas and offerings into the world. How beautiful and incredible!
With this constant stretching comes anxious thinking. Even the most celebrated and experienced entrepreneurs sometimes lie awake at night worried. Their busy mind might be saying the worry is that what they’re doing won’t work out, but that’s not the whole truth. Secretly, they're afraid of something else. Something deeper, darker. They’re afraid they don’t have what it takes.
The self-help industry has named this imposter syndrome, but it’s not the whole truth. What you really struggle with is confidence.
And that’s a good thing.
Because how you’ve been defining confidence is all wrong. True confidence is not about having all the answers, being right or achieving all the external goals you set out to. It’s not about having enough bravada, looking the part or sounding smart. That’s performance. It’s perfectionism. It’s a fantasy and it won’t get you where you really wan to go.
True confidence comes from within. And no, it’s not something only some people are born with. it’s something that can be learned, developed and cultivated, from the inside out, by anyone.
The most crucial components to entrepreneurial success are not strategies, systems or experts, but the unshakable confidence that your dreams are safe in your own hands.
How do you know if the work you’re doing every day is actually getting you closer to your goals?
As an entrepreneur, It’s easy to fill your calendar with hard work, but many entrepreneurs worry that they’re not getting closer to their actual goals.
